Osborne Energy and Community Energy Partnerships maintain a wealth of knowledge and experience across delivery, policy and development. This provides great additionality and benefit to all our programmes and partners. The service is offered free

of charge to our utility partners as we begin collectively to develop and design new area-based programmes and partnerships, whilst still focusing on core delivery and services.

Such knowledge is essential if we are to bridge the gap between different sectors and programmes.

In addition to our in-house expertise we have a framework of national leading figures in areas such as income, procurement, Energy Service Companies (ESCO’s) and research.
